Arinze is the Group Head Risk management, Control and Finance. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from the University of Ilorin, an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a member of the Member Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) of America.He had a brief stint with Fyntac Doyen Consults Limited before joining Guardian Express Bank Plc as one of the pioneer staff in November 2000. He served in various capacities in the bank, in product development, consumer banking and credit division before moving to Guardian Express Assurance Limited in August 2003 as the Chief Financial Officer/Assistant General Manager Finance and Administration, where he was part of the team that turned around the company and recapitalized the company making it a house hold name in bankassurance and retail insurance. He left in April 2008 as the Deputy General Manager, Finance to Join Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited.Arinze has attended various Management and Professional courses locally and abroad.
Chinyere Chimezie is presently the Head of marketing. She is a graduate of the department of Sociology and Anthropology from University of Uyo, Uyo and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka. She has attended various courses in marketing, relationship management and strategic leadership in Nigeria. She has over 20 years experience in Branch management, relationship management, mortgages and Real Estate financing, both in commercial and mortgage banks. She started her banking career with Gateway Bank (merged into Intercontinental Bank plc) in 2000 and rose to the position of a branch manager before joining Fidelity bank in 2014. She later left Fidelity bank for TrustBond Mortgage Bank (now FirstTrust Mortgage Bank) in 2016 as Team Lead, Marketing. She joined Homebase Mortgage Bank as Head of Marketing in 2019. She is married with children.
Kingsley started his Banking career with FinBank Homes in 2009 before joining United Mortgage Bank as an ABO( Now Providus Bank) in 2011 following his flare for growth, he later joined Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank in 2013 where he spent 5 years and rose to become the Group head Commercial Mortgages as an SBO. Later in 2019, he Joined AG Mortgage Bank Plc as a senior Manager where he held, a post Like the Group head of Special Projects, Regional Executive in South-East / South-South, and Group head of Strategy and Planning as an Assistant General manager. He Joined Home Base in January 2023 to contribute his bit to the Banks growth objective. He has over 13 years of Banking Experience. He holds BSc in Business Administration from Madonna University, Msc in Management from the University of Lagos. He is also an Alumni of Lagos Business School and holds certifications in (MPSA,SDE, ICDM) from there. He also attended very many credit training with FITC and Regenesys training institute. He is a family man.
Atinuke Agbolade is a graduate of Economics from Ogun State University. She has a MBA in Business Administration from The National Open University of Nigeria.She is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and also a member of Institute of Credit Administration (ICA).She started her career with Operations Department of Magna Building Society (Mortgage Bankers), where she proceeded to join Guardian Express Mortgage Limited and later moved to Unique Microfinance Bank as their Head of Operations, before joining Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited.She has various experience in banking, including Cash Operations, Treasury Operations, Credit Operations, etc.She is married with 3 children.
Victor is a Human Resource Professional with a Degree in Banking & Finance, MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. He is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).His professional experience which span over 20 years cuts across The Banking Industry, Microfinance Bank, Consulting and The Experiential Marketing Industry. His Human Resources experience cuts across various aspects of HR which gives him a broad perspective with regards to Human ResourcesHe has worked in various capacities as Head Human Resources, HR Consultant and also marketing where he rose to the position of a Branch Manager in the Banking Industry. These experience gathered over time from various sectors of the economy has given him broader understanding on how to manage people within an organization having related with staff from the HR end and also from outside the HR circle.He also worked in an experiential marketing outfit where he single handedly set up the HR structure that the company is currently running on.On his work experience as an independent Human Resource Consultant with an HR Consulting Firm, he has been involved in a couple of HR-related projects with various Companies in the Financial, Aviation, and Experiential Industries.He has attended various trainings.
Osisanya Olushina Bamidele is currently the Financial Controller of Homebase Mortgage Bank Ltd. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, and an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has over 20 years of working experience. Out of which Over 15 years were in banking, both in commercial and mortgage banks. He had a brief stint with Ekulo International Limited before joining Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc as one of the pioneer staff in July 2006. He served in various capacities in the bank, most of which were in the Finance department of the Bank before moving to Oceanic Bank International Plc in April 2008 as the Internal Control and Compliance Officer. In July 2010 he joined Jubilee-Life Savings and Loans Ltd as the Deputy Head of Finance before moving to TrustBond Mortgage Bank (now FirstTrust Mortgage Bank) in June 2011 where he was part of the team that turned around the financial reporting, performance, and treasury management of the Bank. He left in July 2019 as Finance Manager to Join Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited. Olushina has attended various Management and Professional courses.
Grace Aigbokhan holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Barrister at Law (BL) from Ambrose Alli University and the Nigerian Law School in 2005 and 2007 respectively. She has attended various strategic and leadership courses in Nigeria. She started her banking career with the then Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc.She has over 14 years experience in legal related functions. Grace worked as a Legal Officer with FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (former TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc) before joining the Legal Department of Homebase Mortgage Bank Plc in January,2020. Currently she is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Homebase Mortgage Bank Ltd.
Josephine started her banking career with defunct FSB International Bank Plc before joining Fidelity Bank Plc following merger of banks in 2005. She has over nineteen years’ experience in Consumer, Retail and Commercial banking, Sales, Relationship Management, Credit Analysis and General Administration.She is a graduate of Agric. Economics University of Nigeria Nsukka with MBA in Management from Ondo State University. Josephine is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management and Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria. Additionally she is a candidate of the prestigious American – based CFA Institute.She lives with her husband and three children.
Joseph Omotayo Bamigboye is a seasoned Auditor with experiences in Finance/Internal Audit and Internal Control,he has worked in different sectors of the economy,a goal oriented and highly focused personality.A man of high pedigree,honest and transparent professional.Joseph is the head of Control & Compliance /Internal Audit/Investigation departments of Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited, he has over 15 years’ banking experience that spans across various department in banking industry and other sectors ranging from Internal Control, Internal Audit,Compliance,Inspection, Investigation and Operations Unit.He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University (1992), he also holds MBA degree from the same University (2000). He has M.SC degree in Finance from University of Lagos (2012), he is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2014). He is also a certified Management System Auditor, a foreign German based certificate (2013).He started his career with Akinsulere Chartered Audit Firm as Audit trainee in 19994, from where he joined GBO/MDS, a Division of UACN as Finance Officer in 1995. He joined First Atlantic Bank Plc. in 2002 as a resident control officer where he rose to the position of Regional Control Head. He was also a Zonal Control Head at First City Monument Bank after the merger in 2012.He was a member of the committee set up by First Atlantic Bank Plc. to facilitate a merger agreement with former Inland bank, a task that was seamlessly carried out with great success. Dayo is presently the Head, Information Technology Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited. He started his banking career in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc Technology unit. He was later seconded as part of the pioneer staff in 2007 to establish mortgage bank subsidiary of GTBank; GThomes Mortgage Bank later transformed to Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank. He oversee the Information Technology of the bank setting it up from the scratch up to its running state. While in the bank, he was able to develop and established the bank as an ICT driven system bank operating cashless system before the cashless policy of Central Bank of Nigerian; CBN. He was instrumental to various innovation in the bank, including NIBSS integration, Interswitch Integration, Internet Banking deployment, instant auto-account opening via USSD and portal, automation of internal process for effectiveness. He later left in 2019 to Astride Concept; an ICT consulting outfit as Chief Customer Service Officer where he oversees solution conception, development and deployment with proof of customer satisfaction. He later joined Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited in 2022 as Head, Information Technology. Dayo has had varied experience in banking, including Operations, branding, project management and general administration.He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a member Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN). He is also a certified ITIL, Comptia Project + (Project Management), Certified in CyberSecurity, Certified Information Security Expert (CISE), Lean Six Sigman White belt. He is also certified in International Trade Finance and InCOM 600 from International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Institute of Export, Ireland. He has been able to attend various training ranging from Information Technology, Banking Operation, Credit Management and administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management, International Finance Trade Management, CyberSecurity, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Mrs. Adetola Owolabi is the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer at Black Pelican Limited and is responsible for overseeing Internal Control, Finance, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Brand Management. She had previously worked with Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) Plc, where she left as an Assistant General Manager in May 2012. She worked at GTBank for 15 years, from 1998 to 2012 overseeing various departments over the years, including Commercial Banking, Institutional Banking, Private Banking, Maritime, Corporate Affairs, and also served as Branch Head Apapa, and Branch Head, Ilorin. She obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2005, and had previously obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1996. She has attended several training courses at various Universities and specialist training schools inside and outside Nigeria, including Harvard University, IMD Switzerland, Columbia University, New York University, Euro Money United Kingdom, Phillips Consulting, Pierson, amongst others. She is happily married with 3 children.
Mr. Friday Nwajei is an award winning and seasoned accountant and has gained over 20 years experience in the Accounting, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals & Technology industries in Nigeria, Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom, having worked with Schlumberger Oilfield Services, Pfizer – Global Financial Shared Service , IBM Computers - Product Distribution Limited, Transocean , Inlaks Computers, United Drugs Plc, Cahill May Roberts Limited, Wright Medical, European Tyre Enterprise Limited, Doveson Lovell & Co, (A firm of Certified Chartered Accountants and Auditors in the Republic of Ireland), and GlaxoSmithkline - UK. He has a Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and also a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Hertfordshire -UK and Athlone Institute of Technology – Ireland , after previously obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria , an affiliate of the Institute of Directors U.K and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), United Kingdom. Captain Femi Olaiya managed the Logistics Division at ExxonMobil (Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited). He joined ExxonMobil in 2005 as the Field Aviation Supervisor, and had also served as Aviation Superintendent, and Logistics Superintendent before becoming the Logistics Manager. Before then, he had worked with Bristow Helicopters from 1993 to 2005 as a Chief Pilot, and also served in various capacities while there, such as Training Captain, Simulator Examiner, Line Training Captain, Safety Captain, and Helicopter Pilot.He had previously worked with Glaxo Plc. As a Medical representative between 1990 and 1993, at the Specialist Hospital, Bauchi as a pharmacist between 1988 and 1989, and at the department of Pharmacology, Obafemi Awolowo University between 1987 and 1988.He attended the prestigious Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Programme in 2013 and had previously obtained a Bachelors’ Degree in Pharmacy from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1987, from where he proceeded to the Bristow Flying and Training school in Redhill, United Kingdom between 1994 and 1998, where he concluded his pilot training and later became an Airline Captain.He is happily married with 2 children.
Dr. Igbinoba has garnered over 21 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Nigeria having worked with United Bank of Africa Plc, Oceanic Bank of Nigeria and National Bank of Nigeria. Alongside with an international housing finance consortium, Dr. Igbinoba recently completed the financial model and feasibility for student housing in Nigeria. A project led by the Ministry of Finance, French Development Bank and Family Homes Fund. He was also recently a consultant with the World Bank on the design and transaction structure of the Family Homes Fund (FHF) – a N500 Billion social intervention program for housing by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Dr. Igbinoba was head hunted by the Federal Government of Nigeria in July 2013 to lead the turn around and recapitalization of the moribund Federal Housing Authority Homes – a mortgage bank (now known as FHA Mortgage Bank Limited). Within a 6 months’ period, the bank was recapitalized and returned to profitability.
Dr. Igbinoba was appointed by the Federal Government of Nigeria as the Team Lead for the Real Estate & Construction sector under the Job Creation Unit of the Office of the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is a member of the technical committee (mortgage sector) of the Financial System Strategy 2020 (FSS 2020), a Federal Government of Nigeria financial sector reform driven by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Dr. Igbinoba is an alumnus of the School of Management, Cranfield University, UK. He is currently leading the development and organization of the PropTech Industry in Nigeria. This task involves helping both the private sector and government with policy frameworks; execution; and the advocacy for an enabling environment and investment climate regime for PropTech companies in the country. He is the President of the Nigeria Proptech Association.
With an academic background in Microbiology, Dr. Igbinoba’s post-doctoral research work currently focuses on the intersection between Sustainable Cities Development and Health. Dr. Igbinoba is the Founder of Pison Housing Company; and The Roland Igbinoba Real Foundation for Housing and Urban Development (RIRFHUD). He is an alumnus of Harvard University Graduate School of Design with a concentration in Real Estate Development & Finance.

CONSTANTINE NOYE MICHAELS (MBA) is an entrepreneur and the Pioneer Chairman and Current Managing Director of Pioneer Ads Ltd, a company into the manufacturing and trading of outdoor advertising and media consumables as a B2B company. He is also the Pioneer Chairman of LB Designs Global Limited, an indigenous and Nigeria’s foremost manufacturing company that specializes in the production of bespoke premium packaging solutions also used for home decoration and diverse other uses. Before venturing into full time business enterprise, Constantine had 15-year banking experience before leaving the industry as a General Manager. He started his Banking career in 2003 at Access Bank Plc before joining Oceanic Bank Plc now Ecobank Nigeria Limited in 2006 as Head of marketing of Idowu Taylor Branch. Due to his passion for excellence, in 2008 he was made branch manager of Ado Badore Branch, Lekki and thereafter Branch manager of Akin Adesola Branch, Victoria Island in 2009. He joined the new management of Union Bank Plc in January 2013 as the Branch manager of Federal Secretariat Ikoyi. He led the branch’s team in the complete transformation of the branch, which included turning around the branch from loss to profit within 6 months. This led to the branch wining the award of the most improved branch in the zone. Due to his growing interest in the Nigerian mortgage sector, He joined Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited in April 2014 as an Assistant General Manager. Constantine has had varied experience in banking, covering areas like Credits and Marketing, Strategy and Planning, Treasury Operations, Domestic Operation, Branch Operations and Management and commercial banking where his performance exceptional. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He was the Chairman of Corona School Victoria Island PTA EXCO between 2016 and 2018. He is the current LBS Class president of EMBA18 and a member of the LBS Governing Council. He is also a member of PMI. He has an MBA from the Lagos Business School. He holds a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Benin and has attended several foreign and local courses including courses at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China and at the University of Wisconsin- Platteville, USA. He held various positions with the bank including Branch Manager, Victoria Island, Branch Manager, Ikeja, Chief Financial Officer/Group Head, Strategy and Brand development, and Group Head, FCY Treasury, before his appointment as the pioneer General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Express Mortgage Limited in April 2004.
